My life had become unmanageable, after years of shouldering family crises. I was the “fixer”, always level-headed and unemotional with my advice, which was sometimes taken and sometimes cast aside. It was exhausting. I knew something was not in alignment from a deep inner knowing, but just could not put my finger on it.
The whole Soul Realignment Process was enlightening. I actually took dedicated time to look deeply into areas that either had been ignored or not thoroughly understood. As a result, things started to emerge that made sense regarding my current state, and how I got there.
Since starting and completing the foundational Soul Realignment Reading, Clearing & Healing I have gotten myself back. My yoga practice is much more meaningful, I meditate daily, and because I have a deeper understanding of the forces that got me where I was, I can intellectually and psychologically understand and act accordingly.
